Thank you so much for all the incredible hard work you have put in to get my mortgage sorted and off the ground.
From starting out as a gentle quest, through the manic turbulance of deadlines and timezones to the climax of, "Yea you did it!"
I really do think you must have navigated the complex world of mortgage providers with consumate ease and professionalism, finding just the right product to fit my crazy and complicated circumstances.
You must have a direct line to a whole host of invaluable information, fixers, makers and shakers to have co-ordinated the surveyor, paperwork and solicitor etc: as seamlessly as you have.
And you do it all with a gentle smile, or does that mask the proverbial paddling frantically under the surface? In which case you are also a good actor and oasis of welcome calm when I make those panic stricken phone calls.
